This notice describes the information handled by this website. It covers the project enquiry form and the interactive portal demonstration.

Project enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, you provide your name, email, project details, and any optional company, service, or budget information. If email delivery is configured, these details are sent to Anviltech through Resend to respond to your request and discuss a potential engagement.

The form tells you whether delivery was confirmed. When delivery is unavailable, the website does not present your enquiry as received. You can download a local text copy of your brief instead. Downloading a brief does not send it to Anviltech.

The portal demonstration

The portal uses illustrative project information. Any notes, approvals, and support requests you add are kept in the current page’s memory and reset when you leave or reload it. They are not sent to a project team. This demo is separate from any client workspace that may be provided under an engagement.

Website operation

This website does not include advertising trackers, analytics integrations, or tracking cookies. Fonts and the 3D artwork are served as part of the site. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser details, and server logs, to deliver and protect the website.

Hosting and email service providers may process information in the locations where they operate. Avoid including passwords, financial account details, or sensitive personal or business information in an initial enquiry.

Your choices

You can explore the site and portal demo without submitting contact information. To ask about an enquiry you have sent, reply to the Anviltech team’s correspondence. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the enquiry information you supplied, subject to applicable retention requirements.
