Will callers know they're talking to an AI?

We don't make a point of announcing it — the agent just greets people warmly and gets them booked, the same as a great receptionist would. Most callers simply get what they came for. If someone asks directly, it's honest. There's no requirement in Canada to announce it on inbound calls, and front-loading a robotic disclaimer only hurts the experience.

How is this different from those DIY AI phone tools?

What happens when it doesn't know the answer?
